About Rob
A licensed mechanic for 40 years, Rob has spent significant time in fleet maintenance gaining a thorough knowledge of all aspects of operating a large fleet; pulling wrenches, training mechanics, supervising staff, being technical support. He is always looking for ways to resolve issues and innovating to improve reliability and to reduce operating costs.
Rob’s diligence led to new preventive maintenance procedures being built into the scheduled fleet maintenance of the 10th largest transit system in North America. He also demonstrated his leadership by being responsible for bringing vendors to the table to resolve deficiencies in their product.
About Laura
Laura and Rob have been married for 45 plus years. During that time they have worked together as a team with anything they have taken on. RH Fleet Services is exactly that — a team effort. Laura is a very organized and detail oriented person.
You may find her out assisting Rob when he is working on trucks, answering calls, doing paper work, responding to emails or inquiries and sometimes making deliveries.
Laura has 25 plus years of varied experience with in the Financial Industry. During her many years working as a Financial Assistant in the Small Business Division she enjoyed working with Business owners as they were laser focused on their goals and doing what’s best for their company to succeed.
Customer Service and Experience is at the forefront of everything Laura does.
